Our tree nursery
At our nursery, we focus on two things:
- Delivering quality hedge plants at a good price, so the end customer gets an attractive hedge quickly, and one that is dense at the bottom because it is well feathered.
- Meeting our delivery promise, so our customers always have sufficient stock.
This is why we work with the best equipment and the latest techniques, all year round. And we have been doing this for over 40 years. The family business was founded by Kees Poppelaars and has expanded over the years. We cultivate our plants on 40 hectares of farm land in West Brabant. We do our best to predict market demand two to three years ahead, so we grow with our customers and adjust our product range to their requirements.
Martijn and Marlieke
We are Martijn and Marlieke Poppelaars, the motivators behind Boomkwekerijen CAM Poppelaars. From sunrise to sunset, and sometimes even later, we and our staff strive to tend our nursery stock as best we can. That’s why we try to see it all as a life-long hobby. By keeping up with the latest techniques, our work stays fun and varied.
Treeport
We are a member of Treeport. As cooperative, Treeport promotes a healthy and well-balanced tree nursery sector in West Brabant. The nurseries contribute to greening and a sustainable environment. Members also share their knowledge and expertise with other nurseries in and around Zundert, so we can all cultivate in a future-proof manner.

We sell plant material as well as ready-to-plant hedge plants, grown in the open ground. They are given plenty of space.
